The return or exchange of gifts for whatever reason is subject to the individual returns & exchange policy of the Gift Partner in question. Recipients should liaise directly with the Gift Partner to arrange for return or exchange of a gift.

Gift House will not issue refunds to customers once a gift has been purchased.

If you see this message when redeeming your gift card code, the value of your Gift House Gift Card has already been redeemed. After you’ve entered the gift card code on our site, your gift card will retain the balance for future purchases. If you have a balance on your Gift House Gift Card, you will be required to enter the code each time you wish to make a purchase. Gift House Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another account once the Gift House Gift Card code has been redeemed. Unused Gift House Gift Card balances may not be transferred to another Gift House registered account.
