1.Caffè Nero e-Gift Cards can only be used in-store only. 2.Customers can top up your Caffè Nero Gift Card balance in any of their stores, or online. 3.Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. 4.Cafè Nero Gift Cards is valid for use for 5 years from the date of purchase. 5. All retail gift cards are sent via email once purchase has been made. 6.All retail gift cards are subject to a service charge of €2.49 per purchase.
