1.This gift entitles the bearer to an H Samuel Gift Card. 2.The balance on the eGift card can be used for purchases at H.Samuel stores and online in full or part payment. 3.In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use, the eGift card will expire and the balance remaining will be deducted 4. EGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers or used as a deposit on a credit agreement. 5.No change will be given when an eGift card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases. 6. As we do not collect information about gift card customers, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the eGift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. eGift cards should be looked after carefully. 7.The eGift card can be spent on any goods or services online only up to the value held on the eGift card. 8.The eGift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. 9.Your gift card will expire after 24 months. 10.Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 11. All retail gift cards are sent via email once purchase is made. 12. All retail gift cards are subject to a service charge of £2.50 per purchase.
