1. This gift entitles the bearer to a Clarks Gift Card. 2. may only be used in our stand alone stores or Outlet Stores within the UK & ROI (Republic of Ireland), and online at www.clarks.com/en-gb, www.clarksoutlet.co.uk and www.clarks.com/en-ie 3. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash, except in accordance with your legal rights. 4. Gift cards cannot be resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Tender. 5. Please treat your Gift Card as cash, Clarks cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards and cannot be replaced. 6. There are no refunds or returns on gift cards. 7. Retail gift cards are sent via email once order has been placed. 8. All retail gift cards are subject to a service charge of €2.49 per purchase.
