Terms and Conditions

1. This gift entitles the bearer to a Penneys Gift Card. 2. Penneys Gift Cards can only be used in-store. 3. Penneys Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given, but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. 4. Customers returning items will see the refund returned to the physical gift card or e-gift card used to pay for the item. 5. Penneys will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. 6. Penneys Gift cards can only be redeemed in PENNEYS® stores in the Republic of Ireland. 7. Penneys Gift Cards are valid for five years from the date of the last transaction. 8. Retail gift cards are sent via email once order has been placed. 9. There are no refunds or returns on gift cards. 10. All retail gift cards are subject to a service charge of €2.49 per purchase.
