Terms and Conditions

1. This gift entitles the bearer to a Rituals Gift Card. 2. Rituals Gift Cards can be used in official Rituals stores and the official Rituals website and mobile app. 3. The Rituals Gift Card cannot be used at our wholesale partners or shop-in-shop locations. 4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law, and is not re loadable. Except if required by law and explicitly stated in these terms Rituals will not refund the remaining balance on the gift card in cash / via bank transfer. Lost or stolen cards will not be honoured or replaced. Rituals are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use caused solely by the cardholder’s act or omission. 5. Rituals Gift Cards have no expiry date. 6. Retail gift cards are sent via email. 6. All retail gift cards are subject to a service charge of €2.49 per purchase.
