1. Spas.ie Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at any Spa. Spas.ie Gift Voucher can only be redeemed in one single location. In cases where there is an unused balance on the Voucher, the Spa can give a credit note or a proprietary gift voucher for the remaining balance of the Spas.ie Gift Voucher which can then be used at a future date with that Spas.ie partner. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 2. Spas.ie will not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. Only original Gift Vouchers will be accepted and no photocopies will be accepted. 3. Each Spa will have their own terms and conditions which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods. It is also at the discretion of the Spa as to what services and products Spas.ie Gift Vouchers can be used against. Customers should make themselves aware of the Spa’s terms surrounding the use of Spas.ie Gift Vouchers before making an appointment, as they will be binding on the Customer. 4. Each spa will have their own terms as to what a Spas.ie Gift Voucher can be used against. For example, some spas may not let you use a Spas.ie Gift Voucher towards a special offer they are running. Please check with the spa before you book that they will accept the Spas.ie Gift Voucher for your booking. 5. All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the Spa directly. Spas.ie accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the desired Spas.ie partner is unavailable on the desired dates. 6. Gift Vouchers within this period are valid for 5 years after the date of purchase.. 7. Retail gift cards are sent via email once order has been placed. 8. All retail gift cards are subject to a service charge of €2.49 per purchase.
